CLEVELAND, OHIO, July 21, 2009 The new CRU Client Access Portal allows secure, 24/7/365 access to service tickets. Clients can enter a new ticket or check on the progress of an existing ticket, anytime. This service is currently available to CRU Level III Managed Services clients at no additional charge.
"We constantly seek ways to improve communication with our clients and provide them with the services they need to access information quickly, " said Jim Kerr, President. "The Client Access Portal gives clients secure access to their existing service tickets and, possibly more importantly, allows them to enter new tickets whenever it's convenient for them.
