About CRU Solutions 

Since 1982, CRU Solutions has evolved with the computing industry. President and owner Jim Kerr founded the company while in college and has steered its growth through the dramatic changes that have taken place in technology over the past 26 years. CRU Solutions assists a variety of business, governmental and non-profit organizations nationwide. We work primarily with organizations of 10 – 100 employees, though we welcome the opportunity to serve organizations of five or more employees who are seeking increased efficiency as they grow. While most CRU Solutions clients are in Northern Ohio, the firm serves clients nationwide.

Initially founded as a company focused on filling the software needs of the emerging micro computer market, CRU Solutions has evolved into a complete solution provider for its clients. The company’s goal is to help its clients prosper.  We work with our clients in their current technology environment, and help them to transition effectively to the most efficient technology as it becomes available and practical for them based on their organizational goals.

CRU Solutions Core Competencies:

          limited to, desktops, laptops, servers, switches, routers, firewalls, 
          and connectivity.
     o   Proactive monitoring and managing of LAN/WAN devices.
     o   Developed and implemented administrative process to create, assign, 
          track, resolve and report trouble tickets. 
     o   Developing the CRU Solutions team through professional opportunities 
          and continuing education.

CRU Solutions is a specialist in Microsoft Windows/Intel hardware platforms and over the past 15 years has developed a close working relationship with Intel. Through the Intel relationship, the CRU team has been specially trained to save clients time and money and increase their productivity. And, the firm has access to Intel Research which is at the leading edge of innovation.

While the technology CRU Solutions delivers to its clients has changed over time, the philosophy regarding how we do business has not. We believe in honesty and integrity in everything we do.
